Proud to be from Galduriense, Andalusian and Spanish. I work in the most beautiful profession in the world, I am a teacher and a writer. I believe that I can change the world through my students and the readers of my stories.

Being able to favor the creation of conditions that allow full personal development undoubtedly makes my work an exciting project.

I received my teaching degree from the “Universidad de Jaén” (1996), later on I graduated in Psychopedagogy from the “Universitat Oberta de Catalunya” (2012).

My professional career has led me to work as a teacher in numerous educational centers in urban and rural contexts, this enabled me to access the exercise of management in an educational center in Tarifa, province of Cadiz, for seven years in Spain.

In 2015 I moved to the Principality of Andorra. This stage allowed me to know different perspectives within the framework of the 4 integrated educational systems in this country; Andorran, French, British system in addition to the Spanish one. After that unforgettable experience, life gave me the opportunity to go to the United States to teach, but with the American educational system as a frame of reference. I am currently working as a bilingual teacher in New Haven (Connecticut).

After 25 years in the educational world, I consider emotional competence the cornerstone of any educational act, it is a fundamental piece for the integral development of any child.

It is never too late to acquire knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes to understand and express our emotions, but the first years of human life represent an optimal time to provide the necessary tools for this purpose. It is a constant task that will facilitate the achievement of any goal we set for ourselves and in a broader sense our happiness.
